Can I register under my temporary address as I won’t be moving into my long term residence for a month or so but I do need a bank account right away?

If you are living in a serviced apartment, it would be possible. However, please remember to re-register your address after you have moved into your long term residence. If your temporary residence is in a different city/ward from your long term residence, you would need to first submit a move-out notification to the city/ward office of your temporary residence location and then resubmit a move-in notification to the city/ward office where your long term residence is located.

Please note: You cannot conduct residence registration under a hotel address.
