Can you get all of the deposit back when you move out?

There are normally mandatory cleaning fees that you need to pay when you leave the property and this fee will be deducted from the deposit. Also, if you caused any damage to the property that needs to be repaired/restored, there will be fees for that as well which will be taken out of the deposit.
