What is the typical process for receiving the keys and moving in?
In most cases, you would be required to collect the keys in person at the management company or real estate agent’s office. We do recommend that you inspect the property prior to moving any large items in and report to the management company if you find any pre-existing damage/defects. If not, you may be charged for such damage when you leave, even though it was there before you moved in.
