What about utilities? How do I activate them?

You would need to call the gas (if applicable), water and electricity companies to have the services activated. The gas company typically requires a visit for opening up the gas valve. If the kitchen requires a gas stove to be separately installed, we suggest that you purchase and have the device ready by the time of the visit by the gas company so that they can test the connection and make sure there is no leakage or other problems.
