In Tokyo, there are many serviced apartments which provide full English concierge services. Serviced apartments are available for both short term and long term rental. Some people stay temporarily while looking for longer term housing. A security deposit is required but typically no agent fee or key money. Serviced apartments are fully furnished and include utilities in the rent. Most apartments usually allow smoking; however, there are some non-smoking apartments/units available.
